How we work
Plant owners, machine builders and engineering firms engage us to
deliver the automation of their projects: we design the electrical
plant, develop the application programs, and commission the result on
site until it runs the way the process needs it to.
Projects we've delivered
Each of these was designed, programmed and commissioned by us, and each
was delivered as an Industry 4.0 system: instruments and controllers on
one plant network, process data recorded and available where decisions
are made, and secure remote support.
Chrome recovery system
What it does
Recovers chromium from spent tanning liquors so it can be reused
in the process instead of being discharged.
What we delivered
Electrical design, PLC and operator-panel programs, and
commissioning of the full recovery sequence.
Industry 4.0
Controller and operator panel on the plant network, with process
values and alarms visible remotely for support.
DAF wastewater system
What it does
Treats tannery effluent by dissolved air flotation, with chemical
dosing and sludge dewatering, before discharge.
What we delivered
Control panel and operator-panel design, PLC program and
commissioning, integrated with the supplier's process equipment.
Industry 4.0
Flows, pH and alarms monitored continuously, with data available
for discharge reporting and remote support.
Acid dilution system
What it does
Dilutes concentrated acid to working strength automatically and
delivers it to the process, removing manual handling.
What we delivered
Electrical design, PLC and operator-panel programs, safety
interlocks and commissioning.
Industry 4.0
Flow and level instruments on the plant network, with interlocks
and alarms visible remotely.
Automatic drum recipes: liming, tanning and dye-house
What it does
Runs processing drums from fully automatic recipes: water,
chemicals, temperature and drum rotation, without manual dosing.
What we delivered
Installation, integration and commissioning of drum automation
across liming, tanning and dye-house drums, including chemical
dosing and water systems.
Industry 4.0
Every batch recorded with its recipe, quantities, times and
alarms, and the whole drum yard supervised from one screen, on
site or remotely.
Traceability system
What it does
Identifies and counts hides on the processing line and records
them in a central production database: the first stage of
plant-wide tracking from receiving to dispatch.
What we delivered
RFID identification, sensing on the conveyor line, operator
stations and the production database behind them.
Industry 4.0
Operator panels exchange data directly with the central database,
so production history can still be queried months later.
